Our Story
AccuChoice started because our founder saw the same thing over and over: people who wanted to work in healthcare but couldn't afford to stop working for two or four years to get there. They needed a program that fit around a job, a family, and a real life.
We opened our doors in Lynn, Massachusetts with a single phlebotomy program, a small lab, and a commitment to keeping class sizes small enough that every student gets real attention. That hasn't changed.
Today, AccuChoice graduates work in hospitals, clinics, labs, and urgent care centers across Greater Boston. Many of them came to us after years in a different field — retail, food service, construction — and left with a certification, a job offer, and a career they're proud of.

Every AccuChoice instructor is an active or recently retired healthcare professional — not just an educator.
Maria Santos, CPT, MLT
Lead Phlebotomy Instructor
Maria spent 14 years as a Medical Laboratory Technician at Massachusetts General Hospital before joining AccuChoice. She holds both the NHA CPT and ASCP MLT certifications and has trained over 400 phlebotomy students.
James Okafor, RN, CPT
Clinical Skills Instructor
James is a registered nurse with 10 years of experience in emergency and critical care settings. He leads our clinical skills modules and coordinates externship placements with partner facilities.
Dr. Priya Nair, PhD
Anatomy & Physiology Instructor
Dr. Nair holds a PhD in Physiology and spent eight years teaching at the college level before bringing her expertise to AccuChoice. She leads our anatomy and physiology modules, giving students a strong clinical foundation.
